Shipping & Returns
Freight is calculated on your address and the size of your order, and shown in full before you pay.
Dispatch
Stock designs are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom cutouts are dispatched within two weeks of proof approval. In November and early December, add a couple of days.
Delivery times
Metro addresses typically see delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote addresses take longer. Every order ships with tracking.
Freight cost
Freight is quoted at checkout from your postcode and the finished size of the cutouts in your cart. Larger sizes cost more to send because of the carton size, not the weight — Corflute is light.
Packing
Cutouts ship flat, interleaved with protective sheeting and boxed. Bundles travel in a single carton wherever the sizes allow.
Local pick-up
Choose local pick-up at checkout to collect your order and skip freight entirely. We email you as soon as it is ready.
Damaged in transit
Send us a photo within seven days of delivery and we will reprint and resend the damaged pieces at no cost. No need to return the damaged cutout.
Returns
Stock designs can be returned unused and undamaged within 30 days for a refund less freight. Custom cutouts are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
