Corflute — a lightweight, fluted polypropylene board. We print the artwork straight onto the board with UV inks, then contour cut it to the exact shape of the design.

5 mm on every cutout in the range. It is rigid enough to stand up to wind and handling, but light enough that one person can carry a 1.2 metre cutout on their own.

Yes. Corflute does not absorb water and the UV inks are made for outdoor signage, so rain will not hurt them. Bring them inside for storage and they will last for years.

Every cutout in the range is rated for outdoor use. Fix larger sizes to a fence, wall or stake so they do not blow over in strong wind.

That is the whole idea. Pack them flat at the end of the season and they will come out looking the same next year.

Flat, interleaved with protective sheeting and boxed. Bundles ship together in one carton wherever the sizes allow.

We dispatch in 2–4 business days. Metro deliveries usually arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch, regional a little longer. Freight is calculated and shown before you pay.

Yes. Choose local pick-up at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready.

Small (up to 450 mm), Medium (451–600 mm), Large (601–900 mm) and Extra Large (901 mm and over), up to 1.5 metres on some designs. Every size is listed with its finished width and height so you know exactly what you are getting.

Most are printed on one side with a white reverse. Designs made to be seen from both directions are printed double sided — the product page says which.

Of course. Change the quantity on any product page. Directional designs come facing left or right, so order one of each to have a pair facing into your display.

Yes. Our bundles are already priced below the sum of their parts, and for larger runs — schools, councils, shopping centres, events — send us the details and we will quote.

Send us a photo within seven days of delivery and we will reprint and resend the damaged pieces at no cost.

Stock designs can be returned unused and undamaged within 30 days for a refund less freight. Custom cutouts are made to order, so they cannot be returned unless faulty.

Yes — send us your artwork or a rough sketch. We will print it and contour cut it to any shape you like.
